This week I wanna help inspire you to take care of yourself ❤️ in this period of time it’s important to help our minds stay positive, and not go to a dark place. So here are some ideas of how you can treat yourself!
1. I absolutely love this clay face mask from Victoria’s Secret🤩 it makes me feel really fresh and nice after I remove it, you should try it while you have a little “me spa-time”!

2. Workout at home or outside! I know it can be hard to get up and get out, but I promise you that if you do, you will get a great feeling for the rest of the day💪🏽 it’s important to try and keep the good routines even though the world is shutting down. 3. Make yourself your favorite food🤩 it’s as easy as that, food makes me happy at least😂 you can get lots of great recipes and ideas here:
4. Get CREATIVE! Get yourself a hobby, maybe you like to knit or draw or sing? Anything goes, just do something other than watching Netflix cause it’s not gonna make your brain happy after two weeks in lockdown🙈
