Yesterday was my birthday and I turned 24! It turned out to be an amazing day with lots of love- something I really needed right now ❤
I didn’t plan to celebrate, and I was teaching for a couple of hours in the afternoon. My mum and dad came to pick me up, and we went out for a wonderful dinner. It was really nice, and I was more than happy with that!
Then they drove me home, and told me they wanted to see how the apartment has turned out. I didn’t really think about it and let them come in with me… When I opened the door I just saw lots of balloons and champagne glasses, and this great gang came out of the other room!
I just ugly cried, I was so happy! I really didn’t expect it, and it felt extra special in this period we’re in.
I feel so lucky and grateful that I have so many amazing people in my life, and I needed a little reminder about that.
