15 minute follow along leg workout

Everything is still closed, so I’m doing a lot of workouts at home in my living room. It can get kind of boring, so I made you guys a 15 minute workout video that’s easy to follow! It targets the legs, and you can add or remove some of it after your own need.

Warm up and get your blood pumping before the workout, and stretch afterwards.
